Service & Fees

The financial planning process includes a comprehensive review and analysis of your current financial situation (Where are you today?), identifying your financial objectives and goals (Where are you going?), and a detailed personal recommendation, including specific steps and time frames, to achieve those goals (How do I get there?)

Some areas we review include:

  • Cash flow analysis

  • Debt management

  • Risk mitigation

  • Investment and portfolio management

  • Income tax analysis

  • Estate planning

New clients begin with a one- to two-month initial planning engagement at a flat $4,800* per household. 50% is due upon the engagement's signing, and the remaining balance is due upon the presentation of the financial plan.

Clients who complete the initial planning engagement may choose to refine their plan with annual updates at an annual fee of $3,600**.  Save more through
ongoing financial planning at $275 per month.  These ongoing updates focus on anticipated changes and potential disruptions to your plan, which help you make proactive financial decisions as your life situation evolves over time, and includes unlimited contact with your
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional throughout the year.

We do not require a minimum asset level, annual household income, or net worth for Financial Planning services.

* - Depending on the complexity of the situation, the flat fee may be more

** - Updates must be completed no more than 13 months after the initial planning engagement completed by Reach One Teach One Financial.  After that, a new initial planning engagement is required.  Ad-hoc consultation is available at $350/hr throughout the year.

Unlike many other advisory firms, we do not require you to move your portfolio assets for us to manage.  However, if you choose to outsource the investment management to us, we will perform the following ongoing reviews to optimize your investments:

  • Portfolio review

  • Analyze, research, recommend and adjust portfolio investments, including model portfolios and/or individual investments

  • Asset allocation

  • Periodic rebalancing

  • Gain/loss harvesting

  • Cash management

  • Investment suitability given your risk tolerance, time horizon, goals, and current financial situation

  • Fiduciary responsibility to ensure recommendations are in your best interest

If you are not a Financial Planning client or ClubOne member, there is a minimum asset level of $50,000 to manage your investment portfolio.

Investment Management service fees are in addition to Financial Planning service fees and ClubOne membership dues.

Our hourly rate is $350 per hour.  Discounts are available for our ClubOne members.

For ad-hoc projects, we require 90 minutes to discover and understand the entirety of the situation and project scope.  After the first meeting, our rate is based on 60-minute increments.

Payments can be securely made using AdvicePay with a credit card or direct deposit. Reach One Teach one Financial will not collect your confidential payment information.
